[gfkw-vorstand] [Fwd: Ingeborg Schwarzenberg]
Liebe Vorstandsmitglieder, auf mein Schreiben an den Sohn von Ingeborg Schwarzenberg de Schmalz kam folgende Antwort, die ich so zur Kenntnis weitergeben möchte. Grüße Holger Zierdt -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Ingeborg Schwarzenberg Date: Sat, 11 Dec 2004 18:23:17 -0300 From: cristian schmalz <cschmalz@gmx.net> To: <holger@zierdt.de> Lieber Herr Zierdt! At present I don’t have a computer at home in order to be able to communicate with you, via internet. Therefore, I asked my son Cristián to do it once for me. But, since he doesn’t know the german language I write you in english, making it easier for him. Most german know english, so I hope you also do. Thank you for your message from november 21st 04. In order to introduce myself again, I have checked all our previous internet communications, finding out that I didn’t answer your question in relation to having a previous permission for publishing my mother’s internet page. I remember to have tried to contact the author but he was not available. Anyway, it is a common practice in Chile to copy, but always informing the source, putting it in german: QUELLE ANGEBEN. My mother’s health condition dropped completely, without chances for recovery, on september 03. I personally appreciate very much your 90th. birthday congratulations and I’ll of course communicate them to her on the 12th of this month, although she might not be able to understand them, because she recognizes slightly, from time to time, only 3 of her nearest relatives. Regarding your work for the 80th anniversary I wish you can complete it according with your plans and please do not forget to advise us when it will be available. Sincerely yours, Juan (Hans) Schmalz Schwarzenberg P.S. I have a personal question for you: I lived for 2 years (72-74) in Freising, Bayern and upon my mothers request I once visited in Hessen our aunt (PATENTATEN MEINER SCHWESTER) miss GRETA GRÄFIN WALDECK. I remember her as a very pleasant, friendly and educated old lady. She showed me the large waterheadtanks for the Edersee/Waldeck II electrical project. Did you know her? Is Waldeck a part or a province or a city? Why the name Kurhessen und Waldeck?
