There are so many factors that it is extremely difficult to come to any positive conclusions. For example, lately, mid-afternoon (my time) performance of Giessen has been for me considerably better than post-midnight (my time) performance at Giessen. Reasons unknown. Maybe Giessen was running system dumps. I don't know. Anyway, it takes some time of usage perhaps to come up with a definitive understanding of the performance. I do find Giessen at any time considerably slower than QRZ ever was and constantly find myself typing one or two characters and not having them echoed. I end up typing quite a lot "blind" there. Rick
