http://www.feefhs.org/ 24 July 1999 FEEFHS Web Portal Off Line last Thursday and Friday: Sorry, but last Thursday from about 10 a.m. until about 7:30 a.m. Friday the FEEFHS Web Portal was down, victum of a "denial of service" attack by a hacker (50,000 messages arrived within a space of a minute to crash our web server). We have found many hackers seeking entry into our web server each day over the years, but only one prior effort was successful (at DCN in late 1996).
