these are obviously separate Deutsche und Englische Versiones.
Too many people I run into were scared off by all the German instructions in the maintenance files and now we have one of each.
I hope they are correct as I made little changes here and there.
I left the HTML 2.0 restriction in them even though I think that is somewhat dated by now.
