general help page

Hi, I've come to the feeling that the general help page needs re-organization. Things are too difficult to find and the structure is not really ideal IMO for future expansion of the page. Please see my first draft at http://www.qrz.com/gene/tmp/up/pages/tips.html I would like to do a separate tips-de.html. Rick
