I have to admit that I find the practice of registering common words like "Help Team", describing a (small) team of people willing to help (and we do that free of charge - how about you ?), quite ridiculous. To avoid having to waste my time with quarrels like this
Wolf, crazy! First of all I do not think that two such words CAN be registered as a trade name as they've been in common use and can't be removed from such. Second, you're not in the United States and should tell this guy to go and fly a kite. If powerful outfits like IBM and Intel have not been able to trademark items such as the word Blue or the number 486 etc., some no name outfit sure as hell won't have a chance in hell to reserve help team to themselves. Have them send you the paperwork. :-) Fred Fred Rump http://www.k2nesoft.com/~fred 26 Warren St Beverly, NJ 08010 fred@compu.com or 609-386-6846 fred@k2nesoft.com
