Was following Dora's suggestion on that, but am willing to reconsider it.
I think the idea, and maybe it needs to be clarified in the page, was that
some groups are regional, but purposely cover more than one region, hence,
Ueberregional.  Others have nothing to do with any region in particular,
but *specialize* in something else.

OK, I had wondered about the Bergischer myself so I moved it.  I am told by
Dora that Die Maus covers Bremen so feel pretty confident on that.

3) since it's axiomatic that all places - except for one lone soul (: - 
are in Germany, how about deleting it in the "Stuttgart, Germany" entry;
and either adding D- before all the PLZ or removing it from some ?

        I guess I can fix these too.
