Hi, I'd like to suggest we add a page for Events. This could cover events of medium to large scale interest for German genealogy. Very small meetings probably shouldn't be included because then the list might get too long. I am thinking that putting all the events in one page may be easier to handle than putting it all in the regional pages. Putting it in the regional pages means that one must constantly be updating the regional pages to remove past events. If we put these events in the Events page instead, we can just leave them all there until the end of the year and then move all that year's events to an Expired Events page. Well, there is a prototype in http://www.genealogy.com/gene/tmp/up/pages/events.html This could be linked to from General Help and, of course, every Regional page has a link to General Help already.
