I guess these are positive developments. I am not sure about the differentiation here between Copyrightrecht and Urheberschaft and these terms do not make sense in the context of copyright law, at least so far as I understand it. There is only right to copy, so I think the contract agreement should be framed carefully so as to protect the originators of the various pages. Rick
