Reinhold and all, As a newcomer, I was following this meeting arrangements and thought perhaps I should attend it, just to listen and learn. Could someone, please, let me know:
1) If only German will be spoken; (my guess would be both English and German)(no Portuguese, of course :-))
If You want to join this meeting we will speek both languages (sorry, not Portuguese :-) And if one of the speekers don't speek englisch, I'm shure You will find one translate it simultan for You
2) What is the agenda?
There is no agenda yet Privisional I think we will talk about organisation questions between the individual services and how grows it to a connected web of services. (and how we will include the german "Vereine" :-)
3) An idea of prices for lodging and meals
*If* we want meet us in a german military base (Butzweiler Hof) the price for "lodging" (say for a bed :-) is 7,30 DM/night. _but_ this is a old building, clean, but old, not officers rooms (we don't have some), but's cheap and a change to meet us. Meals would be cheaper than in public restaurants.
4) Are there other meetings scheduled in the USA?
