How do we decide whether BIR should go under RHE-PFA or under HIST? I don't care, but I would just like to know for future cases.

At some future time, when I or others get around to doing Oldenburg, there should be a link to and with Birkenfeld as it was part of the northern grandduchy. I tried to look at the pages in the up directory but they were gone already and I didn't have time to see where they wound up. Things are much busier here than I would ever have expected.
