http://www.rootsweb.com/~mowarren/intro.html< which addresses those Germans from Lippe and Prussia who came to Warren, St Charles and Franklin Counties in Missouri to establish the 'Missouri German Belt' as documented by Professor Walter Kamphoefner of Texas A&M University.
I noticed you had listed other geographic concentrations of Germand like these and would like to offer my WebPage to help represent this region in Missouri. Have a look and let my hear from you. Lowell ========== Jim, You might want to link these pages or better http://www.rootsweb.com/~mowarren/d931.htm to your Lippe pages as they would fit better there then in the generic private pages. Fred PS one of these days we'll have to provide some space within the US pages for regional links containing mostly German ancestry. Alas, my pages are not for Lippe, but for Schaumburg-Lippe. It is all very confusing, Fuerstentum Schaumburg-Lippe, Grafschaft Schaumburg, Fuerstentum Lippe. But it's not as bad as the two Cedar Groves in New Jersey! -- =Jim Eggert EggertJ@LL.mit.edu

So what do we do with this Lippe page? Jim, did you check it to make sure it's not your Lippe. Don't know how accurate those pages where. Fred Fred Rump http://www.k2nesoft.com/~fred 26 Warren St Beverly, NJ 08010 fred@compu.com or 609-386-6846 fred@k2nesoft.com
