Finds --- do you mean ARCHAELOGICAL ARTIFACTS ?? Also at other places are for this time typical grave on a hill. - REVISE -- GRAVE SITES LOCATED ON TOP OF A HILL ARE OFTEN FOUND AT OTHER LOCATIONS DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. stone-buildt --- should be spelled as stone-built posessions -- should be spelled as possessions a complicated inheritance, PROBATE ??? the Dukes of Palatine-Zweibruecken inherited.

In this year a gun shot was the reason for a conflagration, which destroyed the church and the whole village. . . . But he did this very reluctantly, because in the "Hintere Graftschaft" since 1557 the Lutheran Confession had been established. (I did not understand the meaning of these sentences - what was the relationship?) The last one did also stamp some coins in 1623. THE LAST COUNT ----- OF ---- MINTED ?? COINS IN 1623. Significance ? was this the first use of coins instead of bartering ? on a graving from Merian - probably should be "on an engraving from Merian" The bailiff did fought --- should be --- the bailiff fought
