... surfing around on the web I just found an URL that might be very helpful for a lot of list members:
It is the homepage of the "Institut fuer Auslandsbeziehungen" in Stuttgart, Germany (... what is actually the English name of it? ...; it seems they also have a research service. I did not check out everything yet, but it seems that the site is quite new since some pages are still under construction.
