We need to discuss the latest version XLAND before Peter draws up the Bremen page. I'll post something on Monday (I'm preparing to give an all-day seminar on German Genealogical Research--including, of course, the internet and www.genealogy.com--on Saturday, and for my mother's memorial service on Sunday).
I really don't think we need to get hung up on xland as the whole idea of that page was to present a sample style not a document cast in iron. Changes can be made by the individual working on a page as suits the local need. No one is going to go back to all the old pages anyway and make them compatible with any new xland design.
If we come up with a new one fine but this matter has been on the drawing board for a long time there should be no need to hold anything up until it is finished. We are and will be in a state of flux.

If Michael will put something new (as a skeleton page) on Monday to the server I think its no problem for me to wait for this because I really have to start for a Bremen page from nothing else than the idea. But I will download this new skeleton asap its availableand discuss it with other Maus members. Peter -- K.-P.
