As a first step in reducing the size of this file, I have split geo-reg.html into geo-reg.html and geo-reg.html, which creates two files of about 36K each. I have also updated rindex.htm so as to change the pointers to any regions which are now only in the German version of the page. There are notes in both the geo pages that there are more descriptions in the other page. When more translations start making this pages grow, we can then look at splitting them further.
