I do not find it under: /gene/misc/emig and also not under: /gene/www/emig

Should we link: /gene/misc/emig/index.html from the top level page as the emigration main page?

This is what I am suggesting, but would like to hear more opinions. Jim, you help keep the GTA pages up to date, what do you think? Fred, you have done a lot of emigration, any opinions? Anyone else? Rick
