Rick, we have discussed it. See top 2 lines of the new top-level pages. There we have implemented "Beginners tips" and "General help".

To my memory, we discussed splitting it, but not how to split it. By what method did you decide which items should be in misc/anfanger.html and which items should be in misc/tips.html? Rick
